The third-party which can have access to personal data
In certain cases Exdreme.com share your personal information with third parties, which can be:
- Your Trip Provider. In order to complete your reservation process, we transfer the relevant information about your booking to your booked Trip Provider. This is a necessary action to fulfill our services obligations.
- Other additional parties provide the users with Exdreme.com services, for example, financial and/or governmental institutions, advertising and/or marketing companies, partners of Exdreme.com which are responsible for providing additional services.
- Official authorities. Personal information of users under 16 y.o.
Exdreme.com provides services only for users of 16 y.o. and older. Thus, the platform does not collect the private information of the users under 16 unless the additional agreement is from the parents or the official guardian of such users. For making reservations or booking actions where the information of the users under 16 y.o. may be needed, only the private data entered and allowed by the official representatives of such users is accepted. In case Exdreme.com knows about the contradictions in actions to these statements, the information of such users will be deleted.
